How the event unfolds

On the morning of Saturday, September 6, between 9 and 11 am, your team captain must appear at the registration tent near the paddock 14 (view site map (PDF)). Your captain will then inform us as to the identity of all members of your team be giving the team registration form already filled and signed by each team member. It is essential that each member is registered on the form with his/her signature at the end of the waiver.

In order for you to fill this form prior to the event, the capitain needs to download the Word version. Several weeks before the event, we will ask the capitain to send us by email this form completed so we can assign the location of your team and file the required information on your known teamates. On race-day morning, we will collect the final registration paper form signed by ALL teamates. Only skaters who have signed the waiver will be allowed to participate.

When you hand in your completed and duly signed team form, you will receive the kit containing everything needed for your team's participation in the race (bibs, timing chips, bracelets, etc). Your team will be assigned a numbered space near or in the paddocks (e.g., 8A for paddock 8 in the front section). Since the start is at 1 pm, you will have plenty of free time in which to settle in, meet other skaters, and get ready for the race.

Tickets for the Saturday supper meal and barbecue and Sunday breakfast will be available at the booth of the Quebec Division of the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada at 5 to 10 CA$. All the proceeds of the sales will go to the Division.
